Paloma was excellent. She took care of me as soon as I arrived. The service was great and I was out of there in no time. She made sure I was happy with the oil change. They rotated the tires and took care of the recall. I will definitely return for future work of my Santa Cruz if needed!

I bought my 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz at Tipton Hyundai because they offered me a much better deal than my local dealer, Hyundai of Pharr. Even though Tipton is an hour-long, 60-mile drive from my house, their service department just proved exactly why making the trip is 100% worth it.

I have been taking my vehicle for regular maintenance. A few months ago I noticed the oil levels were low. Took my vehicle to get checked and I was told my engine was consuming the oil. I've dealt with warranty and insurances before, and it is always a hassle. But not his time, I was surprised on how easily the process flowed. There were no "no ifs, ands, or buts". It was what it was. I was taken care by Ms. Paloma, and as always very helpful.

I brought my car in because I kept getting a false warnings to keep my eyes on the road and my hands on the steering wheel. The service department said they were unable to reproduce the problem and I should bring it back in if the problem continues. The problem is continuing to occur with my glasses on or off. I have noticed online that other people are having the same problems. The service department said that most likely I would have to wait until an update fix the problem.
